What’s Happening at Casa?
We are approaching that time of year again when the resort will shut down in January for maintenance.
Here are some of the upcoming projects:
Flooring replacement in the one-bedroom units;
New linens;
New Bed Covers;
Appliance Replacement (continuation);
Rattan Furniture Refinishing (continuation);
Dining Table Lightening;
Service Wall Heaters;
Stain Glass Repair;
Carpet Cleaning; and,
Deep Cleans.

2024 Reservation Forms
Your 2024 reservation forms were mailed in November. You may also find the reservation forms on our website at mycasadelaplaya.com. From the home page, go to the bottom of the page and select “Owners,” then you will see a yellow box to click on – Request Form.
If you do not have a 2023 reservation, please call the Casa de la Playa office now to book your time.

If you would like to view your maintenance fees invoices online, please visit mycasadelaplaya.com and click on Maintenance fees and then click on View maintenance fees. If you prefer, you can still mail in your payment as you always have.
